Nominated
We received notification the other day that ARTC’s Podcast has been nominated for a Parsec Award! We’re really thrilled about this (since we didn’t nominate ourselves) and are putting together the materials to formally submit ourselves for consideration. Thanks!
Getting Involved
Part 2
In the last newsletter, I asked everyone to put down their excuses and get involved in ARTC. Since then we’ve gotten responses from folks in South Carolina, Washington, Ireland, and Georgia (the country, not the state)!
Also, hits to our website have gone up nearly 50%! So this is a big thank you to those of you who responded, those of you who helped get the word out even if you didn’t write to us, and those of you who are still getting around to writing.
For that last group there, what are you waiting for? Write to us and help us create Adventures in Sound!
Studio Recordings
The studio projects are proceeding nicely! We have completed voice work for Rory Rammer, Space Marshal: The Colour of the Shadow of the Outsider Over the Mountain of Madness Out of Space by Ron N. Butler and Nothing-at-All by Kelley S. Ceccato.
Several other titles are in various states of completion as well, and more are slated to begin very soon. And now…a few weeks (months?) of editing…
And don’t forget our already extensive catalog!
Think CDs are old hat? ARTC is available by download at Audible.com, iTunes, and Amazon!
Live Performances
We aren’t resting on our laurels in live-performanceland. Coming soon, our exciting announcement for public performances in the 2010-2011 season at the Academy Theatre.
Next up:
LibertyCon, July 9-11
Programming: The Competitor by Brad Linaweaver and Time and Time Again by H. Beam Piper
Dragon*Con, September 3-6
Programming: To be announced!

Off-dial Programming:
ARTC has had dozens, if not hundreds, of members in its run since 1984, and they don’t just do radio drama. Look for these ARTC members in performances around the Atlanta area…and beyond!
Got something for Snippets from the Static or Off-dial Programming? Broadcast it this way!
There is Adventure in Sound!
